3dprinting – Sales
As a Sales Representative for Hyrel 3D Printing, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers while nurturing existing relationships to increase sales and meet revenue targets. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to understand customer needs, provide product demonstrations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Sales Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in target industries to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers interested in Hyrel 3D printing solutions.
Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and industry conferences, to introduce our products and services.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and capabilities of Hyrel 3D printers, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
Solution Selling: Understand the unique needs and requirements of potential customers, and tailor customized solutions that align with their specific applications and business goals.
Sales Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual satisfaction for both the customer and the company.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to develop strategic sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, campaigns, and promotional materials that effectively promote Hyrel 3D printing solutions.
Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers about their experience with our products and services, and communicate relevant insights to the internal teams for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the 3D printing or additive manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with Hyrel 3D printers or other additive manufacturing technologies is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities and leads.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
