Body in White refers to the stage in automotive manufacturing where the vehicle body's sheet metal components have been welded together but before painting and assembly of chassis, doors, and other components.

Simultaneous Engineering
Simultaneous Engineering is often used for project based interface coordination and parallelization of all product and production processes, from product idea to market launch. Especially in the development of new products simultaneous Engineering can achieve the greatest benefits. The goal of simultaneous Engineering (SE) is primarily significantly shorter development times and faster market entry given ever shorter product life cycles. We work on SE projects in house as well in cooperation with our customers on site

Advance Mechanical Services has IN-House PLC , HMI , Robot Programmers as well as tie up with many System integrators of AB, Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC in India.
We have VASS V5, V6 certified Robot programmers and PLC Programmers. They can program ABB, Kuka and Fanuc robots, Siemens PLC as per VolksWagen , AUDI , SKODA & SEAT Bodyshop Standards.
Simulation
Advance Mechanical Services has full service simulation capabilities in Process Simulate/Process Designer, Robcad, Delmia, Igrip & Ergo. From Concept and processing of assembly lines to Validation of Tooling, Weld Guns, System Layout and Robot Motion. We also validate process intent and operations sequence. We calculate process cycle times including robot motion times using RCS software( license may be needed for specific robot controller). We can also do discrete Event in Emplant & Quest.
